  1. First off, Jamie is no ''little brother''. I innitially thought it would be him after the wildfire incident in the cept as thats the entire reason Jamie killed the mad king. Cercei is on her way to becoming a mad queen so you'd think that. But the spelling of George RR Martin when he writ the prophesy for Maggy stands out. ''the valonqar shall wrap his hands''. Now valonquar = little brother. Also hands is in plural. Whoever stranggles her has two hands. Jamie doesnt have two hands. The only one who blatantly states he has two hands, infront of Cercei {SPOILER FOR SEASON 7} Is Euron. Now I've tried researching the ages of all Eurons siblings but havent found a reliable source, therefor Euron could have been the youngest and is who i deem to be the guy who kills Cercei.

  2. I don't think it'll be either Jaime or Tyrion as it might be too poetic and predictable.
For one, the former has only one hand (and the prophecy said "hands") and the latter is too obvious.
For two, the prophecy states "the" valonqar, not "your" valonqar, meaning it could be anyone who happens to be a younger brother of someone else or could even be as general as any younger siblings.
All the surviving Stark children -Sansa, Arya, Bran and Ricken in the books – are Valonqars to Robb and all have the physical capability of chocking Cersei, even Bran via skinchanging. Jon is likely a Valonqar to Robb too officially, and biologically he is the younger brother to Rhaenys and Aegon. There are others: he Hound to the Mountain, Euron to Balon, Quintin to Arianne, Theon to Asha (Yara), Stannis to Robert, Brienne was the youngest and only surviving child of her father, Gendry and Edric are the younger brothers of Myra… there are a lot of possibilities for the straggler.
I think, whoever it is, it will be a surprise to Cersei and the audience.

  3. You know, it's interesting that so many people think that the person who will cause Cersei's downfall is a queen, when that's not what the prophecy says at all (and this the only video I've seen that aknowledges that). It says "younger and more beautiful", but it doesn't say it's a queen. Oh, Cersei interprets it that way, but just like her thinking that Tyrion is the valonqar is wrong, her thinking that it will be another queen is also wrong. And her thinking that it refers to physical beauty might be wrong too. That's why I'm fond of it being Brienne. It makes sense too: Jaime's interactions with her are what led to his character development and, in a way, drove him away from Cersei. I like the idea that Cersei got everything about this prophecy wrong.

  4. i believed that jaime would be the one to do it for a while but maggy specifically says that the valonqar will wrap his hands around cersei's throat. hands. jaime only has one hand. she also says "the valonqar", not "your valonqar". so it could be any little brother. my money's on euron.

  5. Cersei is a horrible, cruel person. But it's hard not to respect her. She fights for what's hers, mercilessly destroying anyone who stands in her way or threatens her family. She is just like you or me……the only difference is that she's willing to commit horrible atrocities if it means that her family's legacy prevails.

  6. On that note the song Ed Sheeran sang in his cameo "hands of gold" was written about Tyrion in the books but you should look at how it popped up in the show this season and the lyrics. it seems to support Jaime being the one to kill Cersei as well.

  7. There was a distinctly human scene with Cercei.
When Tywin was telling her she was to be married to Loras Tyrell she looked distressed and pleaded her father to not make her do this again. It is the only time where she looked like a victim of her circumstances and not just a cold calculating bitch.

  8. I liked Cersei in prev seasons, she seemd to care for something and fight for something like her family (kids), love (to Jamie). Her actions, though cruel or illogical, had some meaning. In season 7, when there is nothing left to fight for, she seems to be just a crazy old witch, just like mad king was before.

  9. Bran is the little sibling that will kill Cersei. Who else should take her life but the Night King. Anything else is not worthy. He will transform her into his Night Queen by draining the life from her by grabbing her by the throat.
