Why is valyrian steel apparently so rare? Every measters chain link is valyrian steel, bet they melt them all down and forge them into swords in season 8
I would have to say that no Valyrian steel sword is average. Given the things that Jon has done with Longclaw, it's become legendary in it's own right. It defended castle black in the big battle there, fought in the battle of the bastards, It's the only sword that has killed not 1 but 2 white walkers so far, and you know in the coming season it's going to be on the front lines in the Great War. Also it was the sword that took Janos Slynt's head off, maybe not a great achievement but come on, who didn't love that part.
I have to say that Longclaw is my favorite of the swords. It may not be real fancy like some of the others, but with that shiny black handle and that white wolf pommel, it's simply badass.
Longclaw is alive…it opened its eyes when Jon came out of the icy water after an epic battle where the NK killed Viscerion.
What if longclaw was the last hero’s sword cause he had a “dragonsteel” sword which is just another term for valerian steel
Longclaw is secretly Lightbringer and since Jorah Mormont was meant to inherit the sword before he was banished, he will be Azor Ahai.
It's not a sword… it's a shield!
Long claw is alive
Meera grabbed a sword when they were leaving the cave of the TER
I've always thought Longclaw was a particularly special sword. While it somehow seemed fitting for Jeor to give it to Jon, given the circumstances that motivated it, the action itself seemed to stand out purposefully, in the narrative. And of course we saw how it obliterated one of the white walkers or wights, I don't know, I get the two confused, but yeah, there's definitely something extra special about Longclaw and I hope the show guys don't underplay that.
Long claw is blakfyre
Theory: Arya's little dagger will kill the night king.
Several clues point to that, including what Brahn said to Sansa on her reunion, what he said to Arya when he gave her the dagger, and her exchange with the red witch.
It may even be the most complicated suicide ever if Brahn is the one who does the deed, and is revealed to himself BE the night king.
These theories get shittier day by day. Stop making videos if you aren't getting any material!
Idk but in the show longclaw does some weird thinds when ed picks it up to hand to jon after he is brought nackit lights up and also in season 7 it opens it eyes the director says its just the cutting that did that but like i said i have seen it light up i watched it over and over. No mistake
It's said in the books that's some smaller houses have nothing but a valeryian steel sword because Tywin was always trying to buy one for his great house
I think longclaw I'd black fire Because when Jon got longclaw jeor said the pommel was changed
Couldn't really believe this theory, even Jeor says "the Mormonts have carried it for 5 centuries" e.g. 500 years, Aegon landed 300 years ago before the events of GoT, and Visenya brought it over when they invaded westeros. Longclaw was a sword possessed by the Mormonts 200 years before Aegon landed, different sword- I find that this theory is just trying to pull something from nowhere.
black fyre is the dagger given to arya by bran
Longclaw is Jaqen Hagar in disguise
How can a valerian steel sword that is so rare be an ‘average valerian sword’?
Why they don't make Bran go look for the Lost swords and then get them back before the "Long Night" it would be just logic…..I know it would destroy the story, but why not use bran? he could make it
Dude, what's going to happen to this channel once the TV show is over?
So long claw is valerian steel and the mormonts had it yet their daughter and heir was in a sense named after Lyanna stark considering timelines and young the little one is. And he willingly gave the sword to Jon snow who is Lyannas son
Longclaw is Lightbringer
A hand-and-a-half sword is a long sword
Longclaw looks like it has a white wolf on the hilt, not a bear. 😉
Does anyone remember what happened to Stannis's Sword?
I think Milasandra could bring the fire to the light bringer and has Jon plunge it into her chest
did I see the wolf's eye turn blue when John was in the water
The most important sword is the one Sam took from his father's wall. Thats the magic one.
Where do you get the GOT journals??
(I commented before watching just going by the title of the video) It's a gun. Lol
He was the back up, in case the lords were wiped out
Longclaw is Longclaw
Well what if GRR Martin was saying a truth by saying it's not blackfyre, what if it was reforge to make a valerian sword and a certain valerian Dagger, I mean it would not be the same sword, like ice does not exist anymore, and honeatly where does that dagger come from mate
They way they talk about dragon eggs in season 1 there must be dozens more in the shadow lands beyond asshai or passed around essos or as a Lannister paperweight
Non of this is real btw
Actually, Longclaw is Obi-Wan Kenobi's lightsaber -it is known! 😛
I think Longclaw is or becomes Lightbringer
According to last harpy everyone is secretly a Targaryen even swords now…
lol we never saw any sword
noone noticed longclaws eyes open when Jon came out of the ice lake?
It can be if you use 🐉 glass with the still.
