British actor Thomas Brodie-Sangster has been spotted enjoying a pint at a popular Devon pub, and he has hardly aged at all.

Thomas, who has starred in a number of TV shows and films including Love Actually, Game of Thrones and Nanny McPhee, was pictured at the Start Bay Inn earlier this month (September 11) and a spokesperson for the pub described him as ‘lovely’.

In a statement on Facebook, a spokesperson for the Start Bay Inn said: “One of our lovely ladies plucked up the courage to ask if she could take a photo of the fantastic actor Thomas Brodie-Sangster and friends, such lovely guys, thank you.

“Fabulous they are visiting the area and the sun is shining.”

The actor has played a number of different roles over the years, and was even the voice behind Ferb in the Disney animation show Phineas and Ferb. He also appeared recently in hit Netflix show The Queen’s Gambit.

In the iconic 2003 Christmas film Love Actually, Thomas captured hearts across the globe whilst playing character Sam, a young boy who lost his mother before facing a preteen romance.

And, Thomas is not the first celebrity to have been spotted in the county this year.

Back in May, One Direction’s Niall Horan was spotted holidaying in Salcombe.

Some eagle-eyed fans spotted Niall standing outside Salcombe Ice Cream and Cranch’s Traditional Sweet Shop on Fore Street at around 12.20pm.

And while stopping at the Kings Arms pub within the town, one lucky group of friends were lucky enough to meet Niall.
