Love Island hopeful Belle Hassan has a pretty impressive claims to fame, as her father appeared in the hit TV show Game Of Thrones, and she’s childhood pals with 2018 winner Dani Dyer.
The 21-year-old make-up artist from Bromley will be part of a new contingent of six female islanders who are ready to stir up trouble for the boys as they are split from the girls with the doors of Casa Amor opening.
However Belle will have some stories to tell as her father, Tamer Hassan, starred in season six of the fantasy drama as Khal Forzo, a Dothraki warrior who refused to accept Daenerys Targeryen would be the new leader of the Dothraki.
In retaliation, Daenerys burned the khals and bloodriders to death.
‘My dad is an actor, Tamer Hassan. He’s been in The Football Factory, The Business, Game of Thrones – he is my link to the famous world. He is a very supportive dad, he is like my best friend and is always there for me,’ she said.
‘He’s told me to be myself but has also warned me “I’m watching and I’m going to be seeing every detail!” Because he was in a film with Danny Dyer, I’ve met Dani Dyer when we were kids.’
Belle has insisted however that although she doesn’t want to step on any toes, she will go for it if she has a connection with someone.
‘You have to do what you’ve got to do. Do I worry about treading on toes? I do and I don’t,’ she said.
