I always wanted to try this… The possibilities are endless! Being able to make something truley unique for your motorcycle really makes me happy ๐
Also I never cast something that thin in aluminum and I’m really surprised to se how well it turned out, the amount of details that you can transfer is insane! Even those two 6mm holes came out great, no need to re drill them.
I hope you like this experiment,
if so please like, share!

Wth.. Avevo dimenticato di commentare! Progetto davvero interessante, dal punto di vista della progettazione del pezzo. Grande Bro
Next time try brass or copper. please….
Awesome Bro.. Nice…
Good
that was an awesome process to watch!
Well that threw me. I saw the intro on my homepage and assumed it was +myfordboy and was impressed that he had a motorbike, and a Z750 at that! Then I noticed who it was. Oh the shame of it – my mistake. ๐
Figa tanta roba!!! Grande! Continua cosi
Nice! Well done
Not bad. Shouldn't it say Ducati though?
Whoa no way, you are casting motorcycle parts? I want to cast car parts! This is relevant to my interests! Also that came out really nicely

Very nice man! Was that sand you used normal sand or some more specialized "greensand" type of sand?

Great video. i will try Aluminum casting one day myself.
Nice to see how you used a fairly simple 3D printer (Anet E-10 if I saw it right) for your prototype production.
