I think the eyes that Arya will shut forever are the following:
Brown eyes: Walder Frey, Hound, Trant, Varys (because Varys little birds and whispers indirectly led to Ned's death)
Green eyes: Cersei, Jaime, Lannister House, Gendry(because let's face when Arya is the type of woman who holds grudges and he did technically abandon her. Hell Hath No Fury Like an Arya Scorned!)
Blue eyes: Melisandre, Little finger, Sansa ( because Sansa betrayed the family too many times, technically Sansa was the one who started it all. Yes officially it was Jaime pushing Bran out the window that started the Stark's downfall, but it was Sansa and her obsession with Joffery that put the nail in the Stark's coffin)
