  1. No overarching plot? I don't mean to shit on you, because I agree that it's a great show, but it is pretty clearly about Holden's struggle as he finds excitement and gratification from doing something that everyone around him feels extremely uncomfortable with and how that brings him closer to the people he is interviewing than the people he's working and living with. And then on a more surface level it is about a team of people who discover and define what a serial killer is. It's definitely not episodic, you can't watch it out of order as so much happens every episode that you would be completely lost, and while the end may not have some conclusive finish it is definitely a culmination of everything that piled up throughout the season, and if the series were a movie, a great start to act 2.

  2. Anyone else get really thrown off by I think it was episode 6… when it was only 32 minutes long? Not a big deal, as I think it was the episode where they solved a case in a town and didn't do any interviews, but still weird its at least 15 minutes shorter than every other episode. I looked at my clock when it ended then checked and asked myself "WTF, have these all been 30 mins!?!?"

  3. All together a decent show.. some writing could have been better on the middle episodes.. direction captures the era and scenes perfectly.. ending not too great but acting wise every performance is great

  4. Can you do Walking Dead episode reviews? I know the show is mediocre compared to some of the other shows you review but there haven't been any good reviews on YouTube. You are BY FAR my favorite channel on YouTube and it would be so rad if you guys started Walking dead reviews.

  5. Loved the series! What are some other TV Shows/Movies similar to this show that teaches us human behavior/Sociology/psychology/deductive reasoning?

PS: Similar shows that I like and I have seen: Lie to Me, Leverage, Sherlock, Hustle.

    THANKS in advance!

  6. So I made the mistake of looking up Ed Kemper on wikipedia. The guy has recorded 5000 hours of books on tape for the blind. Now every time I buy an audiobook I'm going to have to google if the reader is a serial killer.

  7. the mysterious killer with glasses and moustache at the end of the season in the last episode in the last minutes burning some drawings who was he??? can someone explain??????

  8. I loved this show, never found it slow at all, LOL, but I watch a lot of British crime series too so… If what you loved about "Silence of the Lambs" is the dialogue between Lector and Claris and her learning from it than you'll dig this show.

  9. Nerd Soup keep on doing what you doing. Wish you had more content on a weekly basis because I really can't get enough of your channel. I find myself watching some videos repeatedly. So more content please!!!! Excellent job
