The new Han Solo (Star Wars movie 2018) release date is set for May 25th, 2018. Starring Game of Thrones Emilia Clarke, Alden Ehrenreich, Chewbacca, and directed by Ron Howard.

So what do you think? Going to wait until the movie to form an opinion. I like the actual look of the artwork though and Emilia Clarke I think could add a lot to the film (love GoT over here, who doesn't?).
I really hope it'll be good but unfortunately that looks unlikely because of rumors saying that Disney is expecting the film to be a "car crash". There are two big reasons as to why. First one is, because Disney had two directors hired to make the movie, however they were fired earlier this year due to "creative differences". The new director, Ron Howard, isn't bad but he did have to rewrite a lot of the original script which in turn led to a lot more reshoots than anticipated. The second reason being is that the actor for Han Solo isn't the best actor,matter of fact sources say that every time they'd shoot a scene with him, they had an acting coach on set. Personally I think the only reason they cast him is because he kinda looks like young Harrison Ford. So like I said I really hope this will be a good Star Wars movie, and who knows, Donald Glover and Emilia Clarke just might make it one, but as of now the chances look kinda slim. But one thing I know I really like about this movie is the fact that Disney Donald Glover as Lando, I think he's gonna be one of the best parts of the film.
I hope this ends up being a good movie! I don’t want a let down!

I hate that there doing this….this is dumb I'm a die hard fan have been since the first but fuck me this is just Disney milking this cash cow that's how franchise die!

Umm🤔 I thought the movie was going to be called “solo” a Star Wars story
After TLJ I'm not getting my hopes up. Han is my favorite character, if Disney ruins this I'm done with the franchise post 2005 (with the exception of Rogue One which I did enjoy).
He doesn't look like Han solo. That's my concern.
Not excited at all but I'm probably gonna see it anyways……. Hope it doesn't turn out like another rouge one 😒

hey i'm super excited for this esp if its got that gangster type feel with the comic relief of Han even though I wish it was a young Harrison!
Can't be any worse than 'The Force Awakens' and 'The Last Jedi', or CAN it, as long as Solo is at least on par with 'The Phantom Menace' and not SJWish it'll be okay in the eyes of most fans.

I'm having a tough time coming to terms with another actor plan Han… hopefully i won't feel that way watching the film.
the looks could suite the characters if the film is set 10 or more years before the OT i like the idea that its blade runner esque and would love to see boba fett or any nods to the han solo book trilogy or the tv series. Hope we get a prologue scene of the empire enslaving kasyyyk with a vader scene like TFU. Still not sure if I'm going to see it though.
Heres hoping we get to see some alien and bounty hunter villains – Disney’s villains have been bland so far.
