First, I too am disappointed in the world and the fact it’s not the 90s. But I really just need to thank you for creating all the content you do and for this video in particular. My anxiety has been out of control since my dad passed and being able to watch this video the last two mornings has been able to calm me down and ground me so I can attempt to be a functioning adult.
