Parks and Recreation – Amy Poehler Finale (Interview)

Just finished this show on Netflix.
Now what?

I love Amy Pohler so much! She's such a great comedian and I'm just so happy that this is on Netflix for those who missed this when it aired and those who love it still.

The show ended two years ago and I'm still crying over its death

Wish they'd given the show just one more season. Felt like they hurried the last season to wrap up plot lines. Also, NBC fucks everything up keeping bad shows running and killing the good ones (if they have good ones)

Thank god for internet streaming sites…I didn't discover P&R until their last season…I have since binge watched the entire 7 seasons twice and just finished the last one; The last ride…I despise TV and While I didn't like some of the SJW and diversity stuff on Parks, I forgive them for their mistakes…:)…Ron is my spirit animal.

its not that the show is super funny its just that you really like every character as if you knew him in real life.

Parks and Recreation will always be my favorite series. I fell in love with it right from the very first scene of the pilot and seriously watching the series was one of the best decisions in my life.

One of my favorite Leslie Knope moments was when she came into the office and it's been trashed. Leslie yells,"Pikitis!"

Amy, you are FUCKING AWESOME!! You have contributed to America in such a positive way that you make me feel patriotic & proud.  Leslie is an amazing American hero who embodies so much of the capacity for good in our society with the ways that she cares so much about her world and her friends that she will do whatever it takes to do the right thing, even if it means doing something questionable to get there.  That is the American spirit that Leslie brings out, that she is not afraid to take risks for what and who she loves.  Honestly P&R is the greatest show I have ever seen.  I have never enjoyed a show as much as Parks & Rec because of its ability make me laugh when I've been depressed, to make me happily surprised during times of deep cynicism, to make me proud of a country that has given me so little to be proud of, yet whenever I watch P&R, all that negativity goes away.  Amy, if they can't give you an award for Best Actress in a Comedy Series, then you should get something bigger: an award for American Heritage and Cultural Achievement.  Every week you made my world better.  Thank you from my heart, Amy, you are one of the best around.
