We may be nearing the end of filming on the final season of Game of Thrones, but it’s not over until the seas go dry and the mountains blow in the wind like leaves…which is a fun way of saying they’re still at it. In particular, the King’s Landing set in Belfast is hopping; we’ve seen fire-blasted towers, a huge dragon rig, and smoke rising from the city.

We can’t see quite what they’re doing in there, but it’s obviously very complicated. And any complicated scene is going to need plenty of props. Twitter’s Irish Thrones snapped some pictures of the wall stones, ceiling tiles, broken pillars and other detritus neatly stacked and stored across from the King’s Landing set.

The most interesting thing about the show above are the pastel-colored tiles and half-circles. It looks like they’re part of a ceiling mosaic, or possibly a large door. The faded red-to-pinkish color of some of the pieces matches the the front of the Red Keep itself as photographed from inside the set. Could we be seeing wreckage from that building?

Meanwhile, fans like MaisieStyle continue to cruise by the set, which is way too big to hide, and take video. Look at all the debris stacked up against the fence, not to mention the ruined dome on the skyline.

Does Cersei have insurance on any of this? Did the Tycho Nestoris talk her into getting policy during his visit?
