Kit Harington won’t even tell wife Rose Leslie how Game of Thrones ends, but she does’t want to know anyway.

The actor, who plays Jon Snow on the popular show, is yet to unveil the ending of season eight to his other half, despite her formerly being his love interest in the show up until 2014.

However, Leslie has revealed she has no interest in finding out the ending ahead of time after season seven was ruined for her by Harington’s revelation.

She told Entertainment Weekly: “I actually don’t know the ending to [the show] because, believe it or not, it’s such a monumental phenomenal show, and I want to be like the rest of the world and watch it in real time and get that build up and anticipation.

“I want to finally come to the final episode and truly and I honestly mean this, truly not know which way it goes.”

Addressing Harington’s claims that she previously stopped talking to him for “three days” after he revealed the ending of season seven to her, Leslie mocked her husband for “exaggerating.”

She added: “I love that. I love that he said three days, look at him trying to get a soundbite. That’s hilarious!”

The comments come after Harington told how he struggled after filming ended for the show admitting he was overwhelmed with “grief.”

He also revealed how he is “not happy but very satisfied” with the way the show has ended.

Speaking on the Zoe Ball show last month, Harington said: “[I’m] maybe not happy, but very satisfied.

Kit Harington reveals his ‘grief’ at the end of Game Of Thrones

“I’m so excited for people to see it, I think it’s going to be extraordinary, hopefully it’ll change TV again like it did originally, and break boundaries, I think it might.”

Harington added: “It’s like when you finish a book, you’re not happy it’s over are you? You don’t finish a good book and say ‘I’m happy I finished that’.

“But you have this grief that it’s over, and it’s the exact same with nine years doing this show. No matter how it ended, or how it does end, there’s always this bit of you that’s like ‘oh’, there’s this loss around it.”

His co-star Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen, also admitted she “completely lost it” after filming came to an end, adding that she “cried like a baby.”

Game of Thrones will hit screens in the UK on April 15
