Will the citadel hunt Samwell Tarley for stealing the scrolls and books?
Bran will show gendry how to forge valerian steel.
wouldn't the iron throne swords be made of Valerian steel? wouldn't you want to remove the Valerian swords from the defeated houses when you took Westeros and make a throne out of them?? A Valerian throne fit for a king? . Melt the throne down a reforge some Valerian swords 🙂 lol
Do you think Valeryian steel is made off of dragon bones? It was written in the book that dragon bone is black because of the high iron content. Just a thought.
the eyes of the lion on the pommel of Jon's sword opened its eyes when Jon pulled himself out of the frozen lake in the last episode
Dragonglass works just as well no?
The Last Harpy Rotter
oh wait, wrong book theories, f harpy rotter
glory for GoT
I have a feeling that the dragon glass has a part, a big part in making the valyrian steel. If valyrian steel and dragon glass are the two weapons that can kill white walkers it would make sense that dragon glass added to the metal when being forged would add the properties of the dragon glass to the metal to make valyrian steel. I don't see the dragons really being needed but maybe they would be needed to get the glass hot enough to bond with the metal. And they now have a bunch of dragon glass and getting metal would be easy and having three dragons to use and Robert's bastard son being so good at being a black smith they have everything needed to make the weapons needed.
Close it was a book about dragon glass another material that can kill white walkers etc
I've learned 1 thing over and over in this series and that's the most important clues are right there in your face?!?!…do you suppose that some if not all of the Swords they're needing are forged into the Iron Throne.??
You forgot Dawn
I find it interesting that you didn't realize the man that reforged ice into oathkeeper and widows wail was the man that taught gendry how to blacksmith. you done slipped son
What if the iron Bank has some of the valyrian weapons? I mean is there is something that is worth more than gold most certainly the iron bank is aware, the iron bank always gets his due, so, maybe some of those debts has been paid with varyrian? And now that the iron bank is in play maybe we'll see some of it, I hope too see the iron bank figthing, I mean, it must be strong if it always gets his due.
What do you think about Sam being able to cure greyscale by "reading the book and following the directions" now that he has been charged with copying old texts what if he finds the "recipe" for valerian steel. I have always thought the secret had to do with dragon glass infused somehow into the raw steel during the forging process. Now if only there was a mountain of dragon glass just lying around somewhere…. just a thought.
ey… IF maesters forge chains, and each link is from a different metal… COULD be a maester with one Valyrian steel link?
He found the book didn't he?
In keeping with the Maester Conspiracy theory, perhaps the method for making the steel isn't lost at all, but is tucked away in Oldtown, hidden from the world.

Guys…. We are forgetting VALYRIAN STONE!!!! Xaro's empty vault in Qarth is made from VALYRIAN STONE!!!
The secret to Valyrian steel is dragonglass. It makes them lighter, stronger, sharper and gives the power to kill white walkers.
valyrian steel is probably made with dragon fire and tempered in blood.
Gendry's old blacksmith mentor, Tobho Mott, claimed to be one of the few who knew how to reforge Valarian steel
Dragon's fire is the secret to Valyrian steel..
I remember maesters carried chains of valyrian steel.I dont remember the talent valyrian steel symbolizes. But cant they melt those chains and make swords? If every maester gave their valyrian steel chain if they have they can make lots of swords
Gendry's master, the blacksmith he worked for before being sold to the brothers of the night's watch, was the only one on King's Landing that could reforge Valyrian steel. It was mentioned sometime on the first seasons.
What if the missing swords are hidden in plain sight in the Throne 😀
do the other WW,s hate the nights king because he controls their minds ???
