Poor Sansa I couldn't stand her at the start most people couldn't but they seem to forget that arya and Dany weren't great characters at the start because like any real person they had become a badass through sacrifice and hardship I think Sansas' character gets shot because she took longer than the rest

When joffrey said cersai told him a king was never to strike his lady, I think perhaps he missed the point.

The Hound has such a soft spot for the stark girls. He sees what's about to happen and interrupts her to save her life and do his duty to a king he knows is a cunt. You know it's not just for himself/duty as he keeps it quite, masks it as though he's helping her clean up her blood.
