I think Melissandre knows already that Dany's part doesn't exactly hold a happy ending as opposed to Jon's end of the bargain in the wars to come. I think that's why she held her tongue as Missandei comforted Dany with the whole prince being unissex in Valerian, she even pointed out that prophecies are complex in a matter that seemed like she was holding back on what Dany's part to play really was

After S07E02, I wonder… Yara et. al. were aware of Euron's threat. Could Dany have scouted the seas beforehand on Drogon to ensure safe voyage from Dragonstone to Dorne? It seems lazy/careless on her part to not check for threats (unlike Jon's initiative to be part of the envoy and to always take the lead). Thanks for your research.

I think Danaeryus will not make it as queen. In season 2, when the warlock had her dragons and she was in his castles, she sees a vision of the Iron Throne. The throne room is busted up, empty, and filled with snow. She reaches for the Iron Throne, but never touches it. Granted this is the warlock's mind control, so it could be a false vision.

Another thing is John Snow is part Stark and part Targareon, which makes me think he is the Prince that is promised because the story is called, "Song of Fire and Ice."
