Okay. Old Nan. She was old when Ned was a boy. GOT has provided us with mysteriously wise old women people ignore or patronize. What's one more old lady at Winterfell. Most won't see her as important. Yet the stories Old Nan kept telling the Stark kids were vital. The Red Priestess disguised as herself will make us sit up and jeer / cheer.
