On Game of Thrones, Davos Seaworth was never one to pick a fight; ever calm, he was more the type to talk it out and offer sober advice, whether it was to Stannis Baratheon or later Jon Snow.

Actor Liam Cunningham played Davos for seven seasons on Game of Thrones, and while we’re sure he’s as calm and collected as his character in real life, if he wanted to fight, he could. And we know that because he’s taken to posting imposing gym selfies like so:

“Accelerated decrepitude is the enemy and must be punished!” Cunningham wrote. That’s 160 kg he’s lifting, or around 352 lbs. Imagine if Davos had worn sleeveless shirts the whole on Game of Thrones and was flexing intimidatingly in the background during negotiations.

Cunningham’s Game of Thrones castmates noticed his efforts. “Get it,” commented Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister). And Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth) raised her hands in emoji form. Says it all.

Game of Thrones star Liam Cunningham (Davos Seaworth) is yoked now

This isn’t the only gym bro selfie Cunningham has posted, by the way. Here he is taking us to the gun show last year:

Jokes aside, good for Cunningham for taking care of himself at 60 years old.
