Netflix’s second season of Sex Education has finally hit the streaming site and fans are already in love with it, but Game of Thrones lovers have been left particularly excited.

The show’s sophomore season welcomes a whole host of new characters but among them is actor Lino Facioli who played none other than Robin Arryn in the HBO fantasy series.

He was, in all honesty, not the most lovable character and infuriated fans in the first few series when he was just a child.

Robin, the Lord of the Vale, found great pleasure in throwing people out of the Moon Door and drank from his mother’s breast until he was a full-grown child, but along with devil child Joffrey Baratheon (Jack Gleeson) he made for fantastic viewing.

He left fans wheezing over his remarks such as, “Make the little man fly”, “I wanted to make the little baby Lannister fly, but Mother said I couldn’t…” and “Shall we throw him through the Moon Door?”

Robin returned as an adult in the last ever episode in series eight and fans were left gobsmacked at how much he had grown.

But now they have been left even more stunned as he plays a completely different character in season two of Sex Education.

In the show, Lino, a 19-year-old British-Brazilian actor from São Paulo, plays a “nerdy” kid who is a whizz at a Rubik’s cube and is the Moordale ‘Quiz Heads’ leader called Dex.

Without giving away too many spoilers, Dex,  the leader of the school quiz team that Maeve joins in season two, finds himself tangled up in his own romance as he struggles to date in school.

And of course, who else helps him out than resident ‘sexpert’ Otis (Asa Butterfield).

And now he has won hearts once again as Dex on Sex Education

Sex Education fans couldn’t believe it when Lino popped up on screen in Sex Education.

One fan tweeted: “I almost fell off my chair when I saw hot grownup Lord of the Vale

@Lino_Facioli on Sex Education. Lmao I love him haha”

A second fan tweeted: “okk hold the f**k up,, lino facioli aka robin arryn is in sex education. oh my, I screamed.”

A third fan tweeted: “lord robin arryn in sex education? a glitch in the matrix.”

Lino is also well recognised for playing Naples in Get Him to the Greek, alongside Jonah Hill and Russell Brand.

Netflix’s Sex Education series 2 is available to binge-watch on Netflix now.
