1) THR reports that Zachary Levi has been cast as Shazam in DC’s comic book adaptation of the title that is being helmed by Lights Out and Annabelle Creation’s David F. Sandberg. Other actors that were considered for the role in the last few months included John Cena, who met with the director, and more recently Derek Theler, Zane Holtz, Billy Magnussen and Jake McDorman. No release date for Shazam! has been set but New Line is eyeing a February start of production in Toronto.
According to a report from The Wrap, after parting ways with The Weinstein Company, Quentin Tarantino is shopping his film about Charles Manson to some major studios and forcing executives to go through a very complicated process in order to bid for the new film. The companies include Warner Bros., Universal Pictures and Paramount and Tarantino is having each executive drive over to his agents at WME to read the script, after which his agents present deal points that will allow the studios to bid for the theatrical rights.

According to Deadline, Mel Gibson, Danny Glover and Richard Donner are all meeting with Warner Bros to discuss the possibility of doing another film in the Lethal Weapon franchise. The trade reports that Donner would direct with Channing Gibson, writer of Lethal Weapon 4, penning the script.
Sony Pictures has released a new behind the scenes featurette for Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. In the new movie, four teenagers are sucked into Jumanji’s world – pitting them all against rhinos, black mambas and an endless variety of jungle traps and puzzles. Bad Teacher and Sex Tape helmer Jake Kasdan directs the movie that stars Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillan and Jack Black. It debuts in theatres on December 20th, later this year.

Kevin Hart is still Funny AF and Mel Gibson is still the same actor that was in braveheart and the director of Apocalypto. If the weren't famous you wouldn't even know or give a fuck. why not have all jamie lee curtis halloweens be true, she moves back home after she thinks that michael is dead. her son calls and asks if she
wants him to come home for halloween, she say´s no and ends up dying. then in the next movie her son is after michael to avenge jamie but ends up
getting the darkness that has infested michael transferred to him thereby becoming the new "shape". if there´s anything to transferre. then jamie comes
back to life in order to save her son.

I'm sorry, why should Kevin Spacey apologize? For that matter, I thought this show was called movie talk, not movie gossip. This channel is really turning into shit and I think you guys need to keep some of your opinions to yourself about certain matters that 1. you don't know the whole story about and 2. no charges have been brought against anybody, so stick to movie news, not movie gossip. It makes you guys look like hacks, which I know you're not.

Inspired casting. Hope they are going for a "Big" (Tom Hanks) meets "Superman" kind of thing. Billy Batson needs to be a really young kid, because if superhero stories are power fantasies, this is the purest one of them all.

Dear john just looking the part doesnt mean the movie will be good.So you telling john cena would have been good for shazam just bcoz he looks like him it's same as telling george reeves is not a good superman cause for a superman george is too skinny and same goes to wolverine, for their comic counter part they surely dont look same at all. I won't see Lethal Weapon 5 not because of Mel Gibson and his past. But because of Danny Glover and his Hugo Chavez, Fidel Castro loving idiocy. And I loved the first Lethal Weapon movie. The other 3 were meh.
