There is no more 'canon'. Disney bought the rights and chucked ALL canon out the window. canon no longer exists. They make it up as they go now. Disney's destroyed Star Wars, as the last movie demonstrates. Even at the the time this video was made, it was well known they did away with the previous books which IS the canon.

Thats a possibility about Snoke being from the outer galaxies, but I don't think they are going to do a movie about it. Personally, I would like to know a little of his origin, and I doubt they would give us enough information about him in future movies.

I'm pretty sure the only reason Snoke was killed off was to allow Rian to go along with his vision for Luke. We saw how powerful Snoke was and the only person that could possibly match him was Luke, but Rian wanted Luke to be a fucking pussy and he planned to kill him off at the end. With Luke dead no one could match Snoke so he had to die beforehand.
