The only way they win is to take out the Night King. Otherwise his army keeps getting bigger with every death.

What about Gendry? He could take the throne if Jon and Dany die or if there is a child of Jon and Dany's could he be part of the court?

Jon dying to save the realm and dany living to break the wheel and change how the world works would be ideal for me. There is one thing guaranteed: the ending will cause many tears.

The whole Jon being the Night King is too WoWesc…. "There must always be a Lich… errrrmmm Night King…"
I mean, I doubt any of them play World of Warcraft, but it would be laughable if this ends up being the case… Where the must be a Night king (Lich king) to keep the undead under some control, or else they will run amuck…

I don't want either of Dany or Jon to die, everyone else can but I want those two to survive.

George RR Martin said that in the books five characters will be alive till the end, those being Jon, Daenerys, Tyrion, Arya, and Bran, whether they will continue this in the show I don't know, I hope so

If this story ends up with some sort of nonsense constitutional change where we end up with a republic of some kind, then that would be the absolute worst possible outcome. That ending would be nothing more than a a cheap polemic on the evils of monarchy and the virtues of democracy to satisfy a largely American audience.

GRRM has already said they both love. Cersi dying would be too easy rather everyone she loves and has died and she is cursed with eternal life alone what she fears moat (she almost commit suicide and killed her kids when stanis attacked kings landing). Of bran isn't night king then he def lord of light. I think truce will be that the child J and D have will have to given to NK. I mean they started marching when Sam broke the truce and took male baby that had been give away for so many years. The dead dear the prophecy of a child born of ice and fire that can kill the walkers and humans fear the enemy that can destroy them all the dead. I dont expect kings landing and throne to make it I even expect the dead to bypass winterfell and sack kings landing take it's it's millions as new recruits and gold company with undead elephants then hit winterfell since only prophecy incest baby so far confirmed is cerseis so NK going to get that one first. The dead have a plan and hyper focused. They are only attack what is in their way not anything anywhere

i think the golden company hired by cersei will betray her and declare for dany as its founder was a targaryen bastard,Ageor Rivers ( Bittersteel ) and more over in the books they already declared for Aegon VI son of rhaegar and elia martell so i think he might come and help dany and a dispute may occur between both targaryen brothers jon and aegon for the hand of their aunt in marriage before the fight with the walkers what if it might happen WEIRD????!!!!!!! LOL!

Looking forward to How It All Ends Part 2. As we wait FOREVER for season 8 in 2019, I hope to feast on your videos. The ending 2.0 I know will be wonderful.
