I've not read the books so never heard of the 'fiery hand' but hearing this theory just reminds me of Jojen's vision when he talked about how Meera and Bran will know when it's 'the end' and he saw his hand on fire. s4 ep 5.

Wonder why the show doesn't seem to make any connection between melisandre and the dragons… with the assumption being that she is 400 plus years old she would be one of the few people that is alive that was also alive when the last dragons where in Westeros…. especially with the fire for and connection to dragons being so obvious it is strange to me that she is not my in touch with them etc…

I think Jon AND Danaerys combined are the Prince and Princess that was promised. Since the interpretation says it could be either why not both? That's why Melisandra said that she had done her part bringing Ice and Fire TOGETHER. Why else did she say it like that? Maybe I interpreted it wrong but if anyone can explain it differently, please do. I love a friendly debate. Sometimes seeing from another perspective is helpful. I also really hope she brings some help back to Westeros. Not just the army but send some priests and priestess's, just in case anybody we love dies and then they can bring them back from the dead. YES!!!! Alright Mark!!! The Lord of Light, I really believe will intervene! Melisandre, as well Kinvara, will bring more of the Priest and Priestess to create more Fire Wights.Not just the Firey Hand! Kinvara didn't just make appearance just have conversation with Varys. Kinvara, is High Priesess! R'holor sent her for confirmation of Dragons, Daenarys and the massing of an army. Each Priest or Priestess, thru R'HLOR create A Fire Wight army. It may also be possible Jon himself to do this. He has yet to understand all he is capable of. Great Video! Thanks Mark, as always well done!

The NK is going to attempt to burn Jon, they will make it very dramatic, Maybe as he kills the bearded Walker. (The first?) When his blue dragon flames don't kill Jon, they will Both know in this moment who Jon Really is. Confirmed later by Branhattan/Sam. I was under the impression that Jamie would be part of the flaming hand thing, and remember that scene where jojen reed’s hand burst into flames and said “you’ll know when it’s the end”? Idk I hate speculating on theories but I kinda feel like Jamie is gonna have a part to play in it, at least in the show.

I literally commented on Talking thrones video about the firey hand yesterday and i believe everyone is missing for-shadowing for the firey hand fighting the undead army which is the scene where the hound chopped off the whites hand and then John snow set it on fire. I don't believe HBO done that as a coincidence as they think a lot about everything they do. Also why cut off a hand? could have chopped off anything to show fire destroys them
