It’s never good news for anyone – especially a Stark – when Varys and Little Finger get together.
But, thankfully for Game Of Thrones fans there was no shady goings on last night when the likes of Conleth Hill and Aidan Gillen were reunited on the red carpet at the SAG Awards 2018, in Hollywood.
The two stars, who are famous for portraying the two backstabbing court schemers, joined Isaac Hempstead Wright (Bran Stark), Iain Glen (Ser Jorah), and James Faulkner (Randyll Tarly).
Rather than a blood bath of sword-swinging or knife in the dark antics, the actors were all smiles as they were brought together for one of the biggest nights in the showbiz calendar.
Shedding their chain mail and Westerosi looks for some more traditional black tie garb, the five actors were dressed to impress.
Playing up for the cameras Conleth, who has shot to global fame for his portrayal of The Spider, tried to shift out of the spotlight with a wry smile on his face as the others posed for pictures.
Their appearance at the ritzy awards ceremony came as HBO’s fantasy giant scooped its first ever gong at the SAG awards.
Game Of Thrones also picked up the award for Stunt Ensemble in a Comedy or Drama Series.
It was up against some seriously strong competition from the likes of Netflix’s Stranger Things and GLOW, as well as long-term TV rival The Walking Dead.
