Gemma Whelan is an accomplished actress on both the stage and screen. She has a lengthy resume, particularly on the television side of things. In addition to appearing as Yara Greyjoy for 16 episodes of “Game of Thrones,” she’s also appeared in the likes of “The Crown,” “Gentleman Jack,” and “Killing Eve.” Her most recent project to date is lending her voice to the character of Lady Tanith in “Elden Ring.”

You encounter this character upon entering Volcano Manor. She’ll ask you if you’d like to join the Volcano Manor family, to which you should say yes. Upon doing so, you’ll receive the Drawing-Room Key, which provides access to the other dorms in the area, allowing you to pursue various side missions and obtain valuable items.

It isn’t Whelan’s first time doing voiceover work for video games. Her previous credits in that area include “Dragon Age: Inquisition,” “Mass Effect: Andromeda,” and “Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker.” However, “Elden Ring” is arguably her highest-profile video game role to date, proving her massively adept at playing characters in the fantasy genre.
