Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 4 had several awe-inspiring moments for sure. But the one that hogged all the limelight was a set craft services coffee cup sitting pretty in front of Daenerys Targaryen on the Winterfell high table. Fans and the cast members have been pointing fingers for years and guessing who really was behind the infamous gaffe. Last year, Game of Thrones’ most famous extra Andrew McClay revealed who really was behind the incident, and to everyone’s surprise, it was Jason Momoa, who wasn’t even on-screen that season. And it seems that the prequel House of The Dragon is keeping up with the tradition.

In one of the most recent behind-the-scenes photos from the set of House of The Dragon, the cast members are seen posing together for a picture. It seems as the funeral scene from episode 1, where Aemma Arryn is cremated using dragon fire after her death from childbirth. The cast members smile as they pose for the photo, and everyone has their own style.

While Matt Smith, who plays Daemon Targaryen on the show, rocks a cool pair of sunglasses, Eve Best, who is portraying Rhaenys Velaryon, brings back the memories of Game of Thrones as she shows off her coffee cup smiling cheerily at the camera. Was it a nod to the infamous coffee cup gaffe of Game of Thrones season 8?

We have already had a CGI mistake on the show that was spotted by eagle-eyed fans quite recently. Do you think House of The Dragon will have more funny mishaps? Talk to us in the comments below!
