Hi everyone and I really would love your opinions, but please be respectful of our Reactors 😉
I think I’m already leaning towards me going solo with The Last of Us… that way, I can take my time and can appreciate this world and characters more. I do love gaming (and I’m not a professional by any means since I don’t have time to play often)… but I know I would enjoy this game more solo. My family is awesome for trying to take time out for this game… but they just don’t like gaming, so that’s ok and I don’t want to toture them. I may, however, show them YouTube videos of this game instead and watch it like a series… what do you all think of that? If you have a YouTuber in mind that would be great to react to playing this game, please let me know in the comments!

this is one of the best written games ever so please don't skip the cut scenes and pay attention for the best experience
If you have the time to make 2 episodes with the family, why not do 2 episode of walking dead at a time instead?
You'll never catch up to current season of TWD at this rate.
Or start a new series with them, like GoT or Vikings.

I like the idea of you playing TLoU, just one advice: dont edited the scenes, this is one of that kind of games when you must pay attention to everything, in simply words the story of this game is gonna be insane as fuck, this is just the beggining and you are gonna love it only if pay attention to everything, and thats necesary because that story is serious, is pretty serious.
So ladies, i love your videos, but in this story maybe, just maybe, you will need to put more effort and attention on what are you watching, saludos desde Bolivia 😀
PS: Maybe the best for this series are livestreams of one or two hours, or even more if you want, dont worry if people get bored or something, all of TLoU gameplays very long videos or livestreams

Only continue as a group if they're going to be focused on it I would say. As you can only experience this game for the first time once, so wouldn't want you to be distracted. 🙂 Great video though!
L2 to sprint
Since you asked, a good playthrough of this game to react to is Grant Voegtle’s ‘The Last of Us Cinematic Playthrough’ – he edited it down and cut out unnecessary scenes to make it flow more like a tv series rather than a game. It’s missing a few areas of the game but everything crucial to the story and the characters is there. It’s seven episodes long, the episodes are of varied length but all at least half an hour.
HOWEVER Episode 3 of his playthrough is not available for me at the moment, I’m not sure if it’s just me or if it’s been completely taken down, in which case obviously another playthrough would be more suitable.
I still maintain that the GOT crew would enjoy this game more that the TWD crew. I just think they get more emotionally invested and engrossed in what’s happening and they would appreciate it much more.
EDIT: I just checked Grant’s twitter and he mentioned a few months back that he’s not sure why Episode 3 is blocked for some, because he can see it just fine, so it may be a regional thing? He posted a Google Drive link for the episode onto his twitter though so if you watch his playthrough you can download that.
Honestly, I like the group dynamic, but I would prefer if it is just you playing the game, mainly because the other two girls are always kinda drunk when you record these videos. Anyways whatever you decide I will still support this series, but please continue uploading this series, it's really one of a kind, it's such a wonderful story, you will soon realize why. 😀

It's hard with this one, because the story goes in places that'll really shock & move everyone, but in the end it is a game, so there are long stretches of just playing. For the player it's better to play it all yourself, for a group, if they're not big on sitting around while someone fumbles to make their way through the game, it may be better to watch oen of those "all cutscenes movie" compilations, preferably one that includes some gameplay so you're not totally clueless of what happened between cutscenes.

I'm really enjoying the group dynamic to these gameplay reactions but if it helps to produce content, I'd be okay with your solo playthrough and reactions. Do whichever works best for you. Either way, I'm excited to watch you continue. 🙂
