The Merman theory reminds me of this story from the shooting of The Island of Dr Moreau, in which Marlon Brando suggested that he would wear a hat for the entire movie. At the film's climax, he'd finally remove the hat to reveal he'd been a dolphin the whole time.

patchface and vyrus could have something in common I mean he could be a mermaid and patches died under the see . And Patches had a riddle that says something about big fish eating little fish and when Tyrion said he would throw vyrus in the sea he said "… big fish eat little fish but I keep prattling. .." could be something to support the theory… I don't know

this is an interesting theory that added with your patches theory that under the sea meant old Valeria.

so let's take this for an example that when old Valeria was being destroyed the merfolk had pity on the remnants of old Valeria. they offered them sactuary under the sea.

because of this relationship they have helped the land Targaryens to rule as they have supported them in the past.

last could be that the old valerian's were transformed into merfolk because of a cusre to do with their destruction.

Varys is definitely a Merman. Apart from the "You'll be disappointed with the results" comment, in the same episode (S02E02) during the same conversation Shae said, "I don't think Lord Varys likes fish pie." We have never seen Varys eating any human food.

varys master of whispers. who also is known to whisper? Bran hmm. who has heard whispers? Edward Stark he heard Bran. The last king of the Targaryens. hmm. maybe bran spoke from the flames of the burning missing body part of varys'. could bran also have been talking in the tagaryens head burn them all? hmm

Isn't Varys described as wearing soft slippers at some point in the books? It's a fun theory that I wish were true though 😀

I Believe there were 2 babies but the second is not Jon's sister but dany as I read there was a second cry. I Believe dany left where she was born and went to the tower of joy in an attempt to escape. left the tower of joy and went to starfall with ned and Jon. the daynes would certainly be greatful to Ned for protecting 2 members of the royal family amd it would also explain what quaithe said to dany in her dreams as that area is close to dorne with lemon trees.

I was just watching again season 1 and in episode 9, right at the beginning while Ned is in prison, Varys is wearing pants!!! THIS GUY HAVE LEGS!!! lol

The first theory makes sense : the baby girl could not go back to Winterfell, because she would look like her mother so much, that it would be impossible to hide her true lineage ! Ned would not be able to protect her from Robert Baratheon if he took her with him.
