Welcome back for another Game of Thrones Season 8 Theory Video. In this video I discuss the importance of the characters from the episode Cripples, Bastards, and Broken Things. Most of these characters were once overlooked but now the survival of the realm is in their hands. Winter is here and the Night King is coming and these characters are responsible for ending The Great War and The Long Night. This has become a classic underdog story and I believe these Cripples, Bastards, and Broken Things can get the job done. Let me know what you think about this theory. Do you agree with me or do you see it playing out another way? Thanks for watching!

  1. Love, love these videos. I do believe you have mentioned everyone who will have a huge impact on the war with the Night King. I believe Jon will play a huge role in defeating the Knight King. He is one of the very few who have come face to face with the White Walkers and the Knight King. The Knight King knows Jon is a formidable opponent.

When the Knight King walked out on the wharf and looked at Jon as he raised the dead at Hardhome, Jon stared at him with a cold stone look. The look on both the White Walker's and Knight King's faces when Jon killed the White Walker with his Valerian Steel blade, sealed Jon's face in to the Knight King's mind. When he saw Jon the second time, Jon showed him he could survive in the most dire conditions.

I think Jon will be the most significant character against the Knight King. He'll have to be the one to defeat the Knight King. Bran will play a role, but because he was touched by the Knight King, Bran could possibly lead the Knight King right to them. Jon will have to end it. 🙂

  2. bran, Tyrion and sam, and arya and sansa and gendry, jon snow and dany will die in season 8, jon from battle, and dany from childbirth, Tyrion and sansa will marry and rule together, and sam will write the book about their stories

  3. Wat about the infamous Bronn? He was also a big nobody but now he's one of the fan favorites in the show and if the rumors are true, he'll own the twin castles at river run.

  4. hi thanks for the video, I love the title 'Cripples, Bastards and Broken Things' I think that Tyrion, John, Daenerys, Melisandre, Bran, Sandor, Davos, Arya, Theon, Yara, Brienne and Varys are the most important characters and they are all 'broken' in some way. Happy holidays and I hope you have a happy new year.

  5. I have a question, if Ned Stark knew who Jon Snow's real father was, and that he could be the rightful leader of the 7 kingdoms ; why did he allow him to join the nights watch?

  6. Great video as always. I agree with you 100%. Even though you left out Melisandre. The characters you mentioned will all have a role in how the end game plays itself out. The sad truth is that the promised bitter sweet ending, will entail many of them not surviving. It would be cool if Sam turns out to be the narrator of the story. He will certainly give everyone their proper place in history for the sacrifices they have made.
