Games of Thrones actor Hafthor Bjornsson seems serious about his upcoming boxing stint and we can predict him to remain in the combat community for quite some time. The former World’s Strongest Man earned legitimate fame in the entertainment world after playing the role of Mountain in ‘GOT’. While he could have picked any of these professions for his future, Bjornsson has laced the boxing gloves to take on Eddie Hall in the ring.

Hall and Bjornsson, the two ex-World Strongest Men were scheduled to lock horns in 2021. However, the fight was postponed and it can now happen somewhere in early 2022. That said, Bjornsson has surprisingly touched his lowest weight so far. His recent clip is shocking enough to send the fans into a frenzy.

Back in 2017, Bjornsson lost to Hall as World Strongest Man, where he weighed 451 lbs. But he earned the title in 2018. Later, he dropped his weight to almost 200 lbs. But he is at 145 now, which means Hafthor Bjornsson is currently a welterweight boxer.
In his latest IG post, ‘Mountain’ wrote, “shape has improved and endurance has improved drastically in this prep. Plus my body has no aches or pains. My bodyweight is 145kg which is the lightest I’ve been since the age of ten.”
