Welcome back for another Game of Thrones Season 8 Discussion video. Today I want to talk about the Night King and the Night’s King who was the 13th Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch. The origin of these legendary characters are still shrouded in mystery although the television show did reveal how the Night King was created. I have always been interested in finding out how The Long Night ended and how The Last Hero was able to stop The Others from bringing an eternal darkness over the World. No one really knows how the Last Hero and the Children of the Forest were able to do this but I think it may have something to do with the Night’s King himself and a pact the Last Hero had to of made with The Others and the Night’s Queen.. There is a very good chance the Night’s King and the Last Hero are the same person.. There is also no record of the first 12 Lord Commander’s of the Night’s Watch who came before the Night’s King and that may have something to do with the Last Hero’s 12 Companions.. But, maybe I am wrong. Let me know what you think. Thanks for watching the video!

Personally I m hoping for a spin-off that is totally from the pov of the walkers the night king. We never even hear them talking so it is a mystery. I think a show completely from their side could change our entire view of the entire series.
He was forced to become what he is. He was tied up and gagged and stabbed with dragon glass into his chest. I believe he created an army so he could get through the wall because he wants to be human again and hasn't had a real chance until Bran came into the picture.
i think its only bran, some of them
When Bran and Rickon fled to the wall there was no longer a Stark in Winterfell. When the Men Of The Nights Watch murdered Lord Commander Jeor Mormont they lost their honer. Did these two things bring the others back? Breach of contract?
It would appear that to control the nights king you would have to control or have some measure of it over the queen.
Is she still at the fort?
It his nature… He’s neither good or bad… he is just doing what he does… kill the living making them slaves to his will… remember Craster’s sons are the White walkers… all his captains were once Craster’s sons … and you can only raze so many dead per White Walker… even when the Knights King goes beyond the wall he can only command so many dead per White Walker… but for every white killed the Knights King can raise the dead to replenish his ranks! It scary… You kill a thousand and over night the Knights King raises a thousand more dead! You have to kill the White walkers and the Generals who are always riding with the Knights King to make a dent in their forces!
What is this with a commercial in the middle?
This video is exactly what I was thinking. But Night King is still mad because he doesn't get babies to turn in to his White Walkers – his generals. Remember, they came after Crasters last baby boy. I think the Night King knows things that the humans do not know. I think he can see things they can't. I'm still not sure what he's after, though. Baby Sam? Samwell? Bran? Maybe he wants to sit on the throne. I'm anxious to find out.
So the night's watch mutineers caused all this?
brandon stark… has the major involvement in to help the night king to pass the wall…
Im guessing now D and D are just going to make them mindless ice orcs and the NK the big baddy, and their hero Jon Snow will need to kill him in combat which will in turn break the curse and cause all the zombies to fall. End of story. Hope im wrong though and theres more to the NK
I always assumed that the White Walkers were Craster's sons.
Great video
Your theories are so convincing… Love this channel
maybe the night king was actually a human who led a happy fun going life, but due to some mystic reasons he got himself turned to be the night king and he thinks humans are responsible for what he is today, so he waited long for this winter and come back at the right time looking for revenge!
Awesome video the others have always been a mystery so many theories about them but I think is this by far the my favorite and I believe there is a connection with the 12 men wth the Night King and the 1st 12 lord commanders love this video
I'm going to believe that game of thrones had the same ending like the lichking from wow-.-
The best GOT channel on Youtube!
But what is thier purpose to kill everyone one? Is there a way of life for the night walkers of they win?
Night Kings wants a drink going a long way to get it
What if Daenerys dies and the Night King brings her back as a white walker (kind of like he did with Viserion) she has hair and skin as ice and would come back with blue eyes, foreshadowed by her vision beyond the wall with Drogo and the baby.
Jon finds out she was pregnant with his baby, loses his mind and takes her for his queenlike 13th Lord Commander…
Maybe the theory that what we are seeing is actually the way it all begin.
The night king is looking for someone, man, woman or child?
I think, the others were called upon by the faceless men.
Hey brother, the fact that there is 12 walkers behind him is too much to just consider it a coincidence. There is much more going on here than what you can see on the cover. Well done btw and keep it up my brother.
doesnt a LC have to die before another is chosen?? say they all had lived for arguments sake.. why would he have taken the first 12 considering there were probably too old to fight such a threat?? i think the NK generals/homies are Crasters boys
I'd also be quite upset if his reasoning is not explained in the show. As it is every time he is on screen nothing is explained, we are left just asking WTF. It really is a mystety.
This has something to do with a Targaryan still living. The Azor Ahai story is from the east, yes? I'm drawing off of the idea that fire/red magic and its existence in Westeros has something to do with the Others/White Walkers approaching as they are. Bloodraven is a Targaryan bastard. Also, with Jon's true parentage DIRECTLY related to the Starks and Targaryans, it's no surprise that he is at the forefront of all of this. I hope we get a clearer understanding of it.
One more thing…if anyone's got an idea, kick in with it…Baby Sam. Son of Craster, one who was not sacrificed, but made it safely south. Do you think Sam's role will be a little bigger on account of that? They'll probably not mention it at all, but I enjoy discussions, so maybe someone can give a thought on this and what that might mean to the story. This is great, keep them coming man!
The Night King wants to know what Podrick did to those women lol
