While Björnsson’s weight loss plan may not allow for a ton of sugary treats, he makes his own version of dessert at the end of the day.
To do so without derailing his weight loss efforts, Björnsson combines a portion of Thor’s Skyr with approximately one ounce of peanut butter and a scoop of whey protein. Though Björnsson has been relatively strict about his diet to lose weight, he admitted that he also allows for a true cheat meal from time to time.
“My personal preference is to eat healthy six times a week, and then have one day off…If you want a pizza, have a pizza,” he told Insider.
