Action Packed Video. There are only 7 full fledged battles in the Series so I used a couple that some might consider just “fights” and not really “battles”. Another Fun Video!!!!

  8. Jon Snow is the badass… I know not a popular view, but c'mon…he's done more brawling than just about ANY man in the whole series…and he's just getting started. The fight at Craster's keep was good too. Brooding aside, Jon is a killing machine, ironically he's doing it for life.

  11. For me 1. Battle of Bastards. Watchers on the Wall Blackwater They are all epic in a way.
    4. Hardhome
    5. Stannis vs Free Folk
    6. Battle of Meeren.
    Am I the only one dissapointed to have never seen Robbs battles. I mean, would have been awesome.to see Greywind and Robb and their famous synergy in actions, terrifying the Lanninsters.

  14. i don't think battle of mereen warrants #2 tbh. for a couple of reasons. the cgi's much improved from the fighting pit, true, but that's all it is really….and 3 dragons all together….only burn 1 ship.
    i get that they needed the ships, and it was a thrill to see the dragons in flight together…..but i found it ridiculous that she could all of a sudden instantaneously control all 3 of them at once in battle (why do you even need dragon riders then? and this is such a sudden change from how she struggled before) AND that not only did the dragons somehow behave perfectly but that all those other ships (ignoring the fact that these morons brought wooden ships to fight a person with fucking dragons for a quick sec) were decked out with catapults and men weilding spears (which were proven fairly effective against drogon before).

    i loved that one shot of dany mounted on drogon and viserion and rhaegal flying through the air alongside them (mostly because it was gorgeous and a taste of things to come down the line) but as battles go it's both anti-climatic and a tad illogical.
    certainly not better than hardhome (still a contender for #1 against BotB), watchers or blackwater.

    and i don't know if it counts as a "battle" (though then again is dracarys a battle? who fights back?) but i loved the tower of joy show down. definitely the best choreographed fight sequence hands down.

  24. I wish they hired some of the nerds who did the cinematic trailers for Elders Scrolls and Assassin's creed Revelations.They were epic as fuck.The GOT battles,duels and chreography is rather lame.

  25. Its s real shame that we didnt get to see any of the battles during the War of the Five Kings (apart from Blackwater). Would have loved to see Robbs northern host destroy everything in its way, afterall, the Young Wolf was unbeaten in the field. Battles like the Whispering Wood, Camps or Oxcross would have easily made the list.

  32. I personally think Blackwater ws fantastic; but it's hard to argue against BoB as the best now. Visceral and chaotic. The best medieval battle scene since Braveheart. Maybe even better.

  41. My list:
    1: Battle of the bastards, best battle ever filmed in cinema history.
    2: Hardhome, awesome and unpredicteble.
    3: Watchers on the wall, I think the wall was an awesome place to have a siege take place.
    4: Battle of blackwater, I understand some people find it boring, but I think it was awesome.
    5: Battle of Mereen, it was great and the CGI looked great as well, but for me it was not long enough to be above one of these.
    Anyway, all of these were awesome.
