How is hancock not here? Shes one of the very few female characters that is consistently funny while also managing not to be gross or vulgar. Almost every scene shes in is a complete riot!

Dadan may not get shown a lot in the later series but in the early series with Ace, Sabo, and Luffy, I thought she was pretty funny.

Having only 2 strawhats on the list and bring in Mr 3, Lola and Kinnemon is just asking for trouble.
Sanji, Brook, Franky and Luffy all should have been on the list as well. They are all in my humble opinion funnier than Zoro. And Zoro is my favorite One Piece character and is quite funny, but not the second funniest strawhat.
But hey at least you got nr 1 right
