Agreed. I got a little worried for a second, and I agree that Loras is way more badass than the show gives him credit for, but agreed nonetheless.

Strictly speaking about the books, and the people Jaime has seen and fought with, I would definitely say Arthur Dayne, Barristan the Bold, and either Pronce Rhaegar, or another member of the kingsguard.

I disagree with you putting the mountain in that list, Jaime fought the smiling knight to a draw and I'm sure most would put the smiling knight above the mountain and that was when he was still really young then so he got even better since then.

I would say the Mountain and Loras, dunno about the third one. After all, Loras and the Mountain were finalist in the tourney for the king. Rhaegar would have been the third but he's dead so maybe Berric?
