  1. All of your comments and suggestions of other characters with a markable backstory just proof one thing:
The Author did an amazing job on writing every fu**ing character a story to believe and how huge and genius this all is!
All of the characters you all mentioned would have earned a place on such a list, whether you like them or not. They're all intresting enough and that's the reason we love these books and that hole universe so much. Am i right :)?

  2. How could you forget one of the most badass characters in asoiaf? Daemon Targaryen, the Rogue Prince could have easily taken the first place! He was master of coin, then master of laws, until he was appointed commander of the goldcloaks, a suiting role for him. He was the brother of a king, husband of a queen and father of two kings. He conquered the stepstones and then left when he grew bored. Just read George RR Martin's "A King's brother, or The Rogue Prince", a novel completely dedicated to the early life of the Rogue Prince (It's also available as a soundbook read by Iain Glen, best known for his role as the Lord of the Friendzone, Jorah Mormont).

  3. I love Aegon "Egg" V backstory. How unlikely him becoming a king considering he was the 4th son of a 4th son. His adventures with Sir Duncan the tall warranted a whole series. His time traveling with a hedge knight led him to become a man of the people and enact laws that took away power from the nobility. Sent blood raven to the wall which eventually led him to become the Three Eyed Raven. His life ended in the tragedy at Summerhall, an event that led Rheagar to think he was the king that was promised and start the events that led to GOT.

  4. Sellsword companies in Game of Thrones are quite interesting and worth a video by themselves. The Golden company for example are a group of Targaryan loyalists who fled Westeros after Robert's successful rebellion and have spent the years of his reign gathering strength and waiting for a Targaryan to lead them in their eventual return which in the books at least happens at the very end of the last book while Daenerys is still dicking around in Meereen with the Sons of the Harpy.
Likewise the Second Sons are just what the name implies, the second sons of noble houses who were unlikely to inherit lands so joined a sellsword company instead to seek fame and fortune. Truly a shame that the show glosses over these important elements of the story.
