Personally, I disliked this scene too but, not because it was disturbing (as mentioned by this dude, there is plenty of disturbing shit on GoT) but because it made no sense in Jamie's character development. And too add, in the books Cersi is all for getting it on with Jamie in the midst of their dead son.
