  1. Fantastic video, you should do an audio book reading of each book, such a task would be tedious I'm sure, and copyrights may be involved, I wouldn't know. All I do know is you're voice is awesome and I'd love to hear it, as I'm sure many of your subscribers would agree. Lol I've been rereading and listening to asoiaf for the third time in anticipation of the 6th book

  2. Jaime's reaction to one of his men impaling Ned is one of a few instances in the story of one of the antagonists acting honorably to make the reader question what exactly makes the characters we root for the "good guys". Another of these was Daemon Blackfyre preventing Ser Gwayne Corbrary from being trampled to death, mirroring Robert sparing Ser Barristan over Roose Bolton's objections 😉 ;).

  3. I think it's interesting that Jamie (show) stops and kills the guard who wounded Ned. His sense of honor prevents him from continuing the fight. This seems to be a hint of his true character that we see come out- especially when he meets Brienne. Conversely, I think Ned's actions at the Tower of Joy show us that a "good" character can be less honorable at times. Ned went on to kill the wounded Dayne. That's what I love about GRRM's characters…they are so real.

  4. I love the parallel of this Ned and Jamie scene to the tower of joy scene (in the show obviously). There is this comparison through the story between the actions of Ned and Jamie, questioning of honour and family duty.

  5. Hello Sweet cinnamon Gemma…Jaime has been such a spoiled brat in the 1st season and pushed a innocent boy from the window ..but thanks the Gods he got change a lot in S3 and after ..and now he is a honorable man ready to give his life for the humanity to survive against the real enemy and leave his bitch mad sister behind for to serve the real kings of Westeros..Jon/Danny in their war against the dead..He is a true HERO now.

  6. Here's a fun fact for you. There are 31 characters who have a point of view chapter in the series. Of them 11 (maybe 13 I won't include Areo and Ser Barristan) end up dead. That means there is a 1 in 3 chance a point of view character will die by series end.
