It looks like white walkers are the big threat to Westeros in Game of Thrones Season 7 – and one of the only things that can stop white walkers are Valyrian steel swords. Where are all the Valyrian blades in Westeros, and how might they play into the future of Thrones?

Many of these weapons are stolen by the nerd game World of Warcraft.
You forgot the third, Dragon fire.
3:27 they dropped that plot, big time
God I really hope the show explores the genesis of the original three-eyed raven.
Have you considered that valerian steel is made by powdered obsidian mixed with steel and cooled by blood making it have magical properties like being able to kill walkers.
we need a Valyrian katana or us katana cultists wont get satisfied
woahh little finger is killed by his dagger…NAYCC
bastard swords are swords that can be used one or two hands
Nice job.. You have a real talent for explaining somewhat confusing things in concise informative manner. Something that most people have a hard time doing when covering GoT (it so easy to get sidetracked) This is my first viewing of your channel and now i'll be watching them all. Edit..
Just noticed 1000 down votes.. I'd be curious to know the reason for this. I suppose it could look at the comments for the answer but I'm not in the mood for childish imbecilic bickering which in inescapable down there 😁
What about the sword of Arthur Dayne ? I think it's made of Valyrian steel too
So little finger did end up getting killed by his own dagger in the show….
Bruh joffry sword is used by jamie
The deal with Euron in the books is that he claims to have been to the ruins of Valyira, so if we assume that's true he could well have found a load of daggers there. It's not unreasonable that they would have been relatively common in Valyria before the doom, and if anything can survive a cataclysm like that it's Valyrian steel.
Jeor didn't bring longclaw with him. It was sent there by his sister after Jorah's foul play. And my guess is that if these swords considered treasure then all noble crows who might had such a treasure just left those at home for their families.
In which book is the story about savage sam tarly written?
its just Damascus steel
Dude, your pronunciation, accent and pause is so freaking good… Can you narrate my life?!?!
By the way Jamie is now using jofferys valeryiam sword now
King Tommen II was a dumb cunt.
Brienne named oathkeeper
Well, now that season 7 ended, we know Jaime has the Widow Wail.
Btw, wasn't Blackfyre on the possession of Aegor Rivers aka Bittersteel when he fled to Tyrosh after the 1st Blackfyre Rebellion?
He then founded the Golden Company…I believe the Blackfyre is in possession of the Golden Company and it may appear on the 8th season since Cercei has requested for their help in the upcoming war.
Why is the ultimate ice demon killing sword called Lightbringer. That name has some serious back story to it. Lightbringer translates in Latin as Lucifer, and I probably don't need to explain why that name is important.
