I'm missing something probably, but since it was established some seasons ago, that ALL people are infected with the Zombie virus already and immune to dying from it and only prone to come back as a walker after dying , then surely Carl has nothing to be afraid of from a tiny bite like this?

what happen with carl is that he is 18 y/o and is going to college thats why he got bitten so "thats how its gonna be" from now on, with every 18 year old actor that is on the walking dead they will be killed/ bitten because they have to go to college, so next to die is Enid because she is going to college too then when Judith is 18 She will be killed or bitten to go to college😂😂
It just feels like they’re killing off characters just for the sake of doing it now.
