  1. The shot of the dragon could not logically be from the past. The first dragons to fly over Westeros, Aegon the Conqueror and his sister's dragons flew over king's landing before it was completely built and all the others past were held in captivity when in king's landing. This means those are one of Dany's dragons.

I have no idea why I'm commenting this, I already know this shit.

  2. Unfortunately, Dan, you really overestimate your fanbase's capacity/appreciation for nuance. Most fans I know were dumbly cheering when Joffrey died, none of them were seeing the vulnerability or humanity of either him or Cersei.

  3. I knew Joffery's death was coming, it got spoiled pretty hard for me and I wasn't butthurt because he's a character we love to hate. I thought I'd be excited and cheer, but the scene was so well acted and touched up in effects that I actually she'd a tear. A terrified, dying boy and his desperately helpless mother holding her dying child in her arms. Kudos to the actors and production team!

  4. When I read about Joffrey's death I couldn't wait to see it, but when it actually happened I was devastated. I really wasn't expecting them to turn it into such a heart-wrenching scene, it's probably my favorite scene out of the whole season.

  5. I really dont see Stannis as a villain. More like a tragic antihero whose being led to do bad things by the red witch but also reminded that a king should protect his kingdom by ser davos. Kinda like an angel and devil on each shoulder. Im interested to see who wins in the end, then again davos isnt screwing him so i have doubts

  6. I just noticed the red haired woman and her cult is worshiping satan. As she sacrificed humans to her "god" and after went to talk with the lords daughter with the deformed face she stated that there are only 2 gods, the god of fire, "love" and "joy". and the God of evil and darkness. on which the little girl replied "so there are no seven heavens or seven hells. (christianity/islam) And the witch replied; no, there is only one hell and that's here on this earth.

So basically it's a fight between satanists and Christians. And the Muslims (khaleesi's army/people) are about to join them lol. Because I remember well in season 2 (i forgot which episode) I heard "Assalamu alaikum" on the background of Khaleesis place where the Doth'raki were staying. Loud and clear! 😀

    I love this show.

  7. I felt absolutely ZERO compassion for Cersei and Joffrey. Sure, the actors are good people; I don't believe they are REAL! But I cheered when he started choking and was laughing at Cersei's inability to help him now. It was too late; she should have had a hand in the boy's PROPER raising instead of whoring with her brother and plotting others' demise. She got what she deserved, and I hope her death is performed by Ramsay Bolton – and I hope it lasts weeks! Peace! (In the real world!)

  8. Spoiler

Unfortunately Dany stays alive. Bran, Hodor, Mera Reed, Summer (Bran's Wolf), and Tyrion are all due dead if the show follows the plots they have been developing. We all know Tyrion is to be executed for being found guilty after Oberyn's death. Tyrions helplessness drives him to beseech Jaime for milk of the poppy. He's found dead in his cells by the guards the next morning with Shae's undergarments clenched in his arms; leaving her accused of tampering with with the trial. She's imprisoned. Bran's party reaches the mighty Weirwood tree North of The Wall only to find the magic too powerful for Bran. He becomes possessed, Wargs into Hodor, and proceeds to ejaculate uncontrollably in the direction of camp. Summer suffocates in a puddle of Hodor jizz. Mera is killed by direct contact in efforts to save an unconscious Bran from flying Giant Loads. Osha and Joren kill Hodor : /

  9. The only thing I don't like about the adaptation of the show from the book is Stannis's character. People have told me that he is a much different person in the book. He do what needs to be done, he either black or white no grey areas, he is honorable and smth smth.
In the show he's just a balding sad guy who lost the war and seems to be going crazy listening to this red haired witch commands. Bewildered if you may

  10. I really hated Joffery but watching him die that way, and like they say, watch Jack Gleeson do it was as sad as I could have felt for him. Truly a great show that can make you feel bad for the characters you actively hate.

  11. So I have always wondered why stannis is important because in the show he is just sort of there in my opinion, but in the books he's this great character everyone raves about. Why is he so great? And what is missing in the show that he isn't? I don't know if its the actor or what.

  12. I'll be honest, I'll miss Joffrey a bit. He's pure evil, but he's interesting, and different (albeit in a scarier way) because he was not violent for the sake of getting something done. He did violent things because he was genuinely just crazy and wanted to. Goodbye Jack Gleeson! You will

  13. lots of chidlish people here… i just want to say that jack has played the most hardcore evil role ever. now that joffrey its dead who willl you hate now? Good job jack gleeson we loved to hate you .. your an great actor !

  14. Even, if they somewhat redeem Stannis during the end of this season they can't possibly redeem everything. Burning the Robb leech like it was nothing, deciding to sacrifice Gendry without as much as a second thought, sparing Davos only because Melisandre told him to, going to the Wall only because Melisandre told him to, burning people for being infidels (including his brother-in-law)…
