after your clarification , yes , its a good chance there are dragons beneath winterfell … that would take it to a 9th season?
I like this opening/intro 🙂
Maybe the dragon is a metaphor for Rhagar buried with Luanna?
The white kings wife mb
Maybe a ice dragon is down there and it was under the control of the white walkers during the last long night but the way it was defeated was by trapping it under the hot springs draining of its power
Bran stark may turn into a gargoyle. Coz he will never walk again but he will fly.
This theory is absolutely impossible; Danny's dragons have to eat so riddle me this: what did this supposed dragon underneath Winterfell eat this whole time?
the 14 flames made valyria, may be they are the reason, first men chose winterfell, but from where did first men come?, they sailed across and landed in westeros, but from where, they could very well be old valyrians, before dragons
and they chose this place because it was like the 14 flames,it was a furnace of the world.maybe they saw the doom that would follow if they continued their ways and fled like targaryens did,am not saying that dragons existed then, but the 14 flames did exist… we see how jon needs dany for defeating white walkers, a question comes, then how did the early starks defeat the white walkers without valyrians, maybe the starks are stronger than valyrians, with the old magic and warg kings' blood in them, they do have warg kings' blood in them as they captured their daughters after defeating them.
now lets come at lyanna's death, i support the theory that white walkers came into existence with the birth of dragons in valyria, i think valyria found magic to trap fire in flesh, making dragons, as a counter balance white walkers were born, ice against fire, similarly i believe that the incest in targaryen family is practised for a reason, the birth of a dragon is no less feat, maybe a dragon can only birth a dragon, or go through the rigours, the pain of birthing such a power with which dragons can be bounded, i think thats the reason elia martel was unable to give more than two children to rhaegar, who believed the dragon to have three heads, he needed one more, so he took lyanna to create a song of ice and fire, lyanna fell in love with him as he was handsome, prince and he sang well, but birthing a dragon is no mean feat, and in this case, a wolf with a dragon's blood, the only two families which never mixed bloodlines were the family of ice (starks) and the family of fire(targaryens), these two families never ever married, there were no children of ice and fire, no power to control both, and in westeros only these two families are of magical descent—> starks from brandon and the defeaters of others, and targaryens from dragons, so i think when ice and fire mixed the death of lyanna and rhaegar was a counter balance, maybe not rhaegar but definitely lyanna
after all bloodmagic is the most gruesome and powerful magic, as far as we know FIRE AND BLOOD are both used to bind the dragons
Wait I just realised apparently as soon as Brandon, Robert and Ned found out Lyanna was "captured" by Rhaegar they went to save her and apparently Rhaegar "raped" Lyanna at the time, so wouldn't that mean it took Ned 9 months to find Lyanna, then why does the lore when it comes to the others talking about Lyanna talk like it all happened on the same day, as well as Rhaegar's friend he was talking to Ned like Robert killed Rhaegar before they captured King's Landing then left to find Lyanna which means that Jon can't be Rhaegar's son and instead it's Robert's only living son unless it took Ned and Howland 9 months to find Lyanna which I highly doubt because of how everyone talks about her in the lore videos and which would also mean that Rhaegar's friends stood at the Tower of Joy for 9 months as well as Wylla and the other maid who stayed with Lyanna
I think That Ajora Ahai's "Lightbringer" The Valerian Sword is present.. and The secret of The parent of Jon lies on The tomb of Liyana Stark.. Or Edard Stark can come in the dream of Jon to tell him to go to the Crypt and get to know what is there beneath it
If the Starks were once Kings (and Queens?), then to me it would make sense if the Targaryans who took over Westeros would form alliances with them, perhaps gifting dormant dragon eggs as a sign of their bonds. Whose to say an ancient Stark was not buried with their dear egg?
I don't think a fully fledged adult dragon would be living under Winterfell though. In the show, at least, we see that Dany's two don't exactly do well being cooped up underground. Tyrion says that Aegon's dragons had hundreds of miles to rove. I don't think that any Targaryen who would have been making alliances with Starks would encourage their most revered and prominent representation being stuffed under a castle to be used – essentially – as a heater. It would be like the Starks gifting a wolf to another house and saying 'It makes a good foot warmer'.
Then again, this video is almost a year old and I'm someone who hasn't read the books and has barely seen the show, so I am pretty much Jon Snow in that regard.
I also believe that the castles with gargoyles is binding dragons. But I also believe that the Dead kings of the North will rise and fight against the whites. Maybe not in the show but in the books for sure. As long as there is a Stark in Winterfell.
The hot springs are from Volcanos. GRRM says go back to the beginning. The very beginning is a volcano erupting (Valeria), a dragon and 5 knights.
nice intro btw.
A hidden dragon sounds cool, but, forgive me for being ignorant, should a giant dragon need to eat in order to stay alive?
iLy 💕👋
lol lightbringer isn't in the crypts, Ser Arthur Dayne's sword is though. The showrunners intentionally show off the sword, then to Lyanna making Ned promise her to take Jaherys (Jon). Jon has creepy visions about the crypts and hasn't visited them yet. My theory is that Bran makes it back to Winterfell to tell Jon about the visions, Jon either believes him or doesn't but he ends up checking it out for himself anyways and Lyanna's tomb ends up containing either a letter from Ned or Rhaegar and Lyanna's marriage papers as proof of his heritage (and the sword Dawn). Next Jon runs to Dany to tell her they're family and to forge an alliance (he helps her win the throne for her help defeating the walkers) and that's where the leaked photos from Jon and Dany's meeting come into play.
What if you're right about the gargoyles being for binding dragons, and also about that other theory where Bran (3eye) was also Bran the Builder, maybe Bran built Winterfell with these gargoyles to bind Daenerys' dragons in an upcoming event? The Dragonstone ones would just be there for Aegon's dragons back in the day. Just a thought. Maybe I've been binge watching your videos too much haha. Nevertheless, good stuff man keep it up! I like the frequent but concise format of your channel.
do the dreadfort
wait a minute were the targaryans not gifted with a dragon egg at birth maybe that is in the crypt and it will prove john's heritage
that's definitely Heath Ledger at 0:45
when bran is told he will never walk again but will fly,i think it means he will put himself into a dragon's mind to control them to help out somehow.him riding a dragon seems more impossible than in plausible
Courage percentage banking limitation earn
my balls
someone left an dragon egg in the crypts for Jon.
The Winterfell Crypts = The Maze in Westworld
pretty good
something very crucial to the story overall lies in the crypts of winterfell. Jon constantly dreams of descending into the crypts, yet he cant dicypher why. Also when the boltons hold winterfell and invite they're northern allies, one lady in particular, i cant remember her name, shes a lord of the north, she despises Ned stark because she blames him for the death of her beloved husband, and hates Ned because she claims his bones were never returned to her , to lay his remains to rest. She commands Theon or Sansa to give her a tour of the crypts of winterfell, as i stated she despises Ned Stark, could this lady know that they're is something hidden in the crypts of winterfell, why else insist on going down their in the first place. She is'nt crazy about the Boltons either, i have to re-read the books again, but their is absolutely something of great importance hidden in the crypts of winterfell, we will eventually find out what that is , at some point. I believe we will find out what it is through one of brans visions into the past, something crucial will be revealed to him about the crypts and what secrets it may hold for the great fight against the others.
If there is a dragon under Winterfell, what does it eat?
