Maybe the Night King is after Cersei because he knew she would still his look
Ned was a follower of the old gods. Trial by combat is a faith of the seven thing.
Melisandre is bringing Rhaego back into the story. Rhaego will be bringing the Morning, the dragonđČ and possibly even the Fiery Hand army. â€ïžâïžđ„đČ
Speaking about the WW… I was thinking the other day about all of their symbols and designs that they do with the dead bodies/horses. How the very first episode they cut off the rangers head and threw it at Will. Will then ran and ended up at Winterfell. So I started thinking, with their foresight of future events.. could that have been them in some way trying to convey a message to Ned about his future demise? Just one of those random thoughts that pass thru my head on a daily basis… đ(slightly obsessed) BTW… I think the 8 legged swirly design pattern is a rudimentary design of the Targaryen sigil. There seems to be a couple of circle signs. Maybe one could represent the Stark sigil? Like Sansaâs necklace design that she wears now. (since she came down from the stairs at the Vale)
I think Jon surviving the ice water is the same special power he has like Dany surviving the fire from Drogoâs pyre/Dothraki hut.
Maybe the reason why the NK went for Viserion is because he did not have a bonded rider. They say a dragon will not let another person ride while their bonded rider lives. (Unless bonded rider is already on dragon like we watched Dany do with the pack) So… possibly the killing Drogon would have been useless for the NK at that point. After he killed Viserion (there by completing his mission, acquiring an unbonded dragon for him to claim) that is when he turned his attention to Drogon. Next mission in line would be to put the enemies dragon out of commission. Had he gone for Drogon first and failed it may have alerted the other dragons and result in either being fried or lose his chance at claiming a dragon from them retreating as they did once the first dragon was killed. Third in line would have been the remaining dragon (Rhaegal), two dragons of course being better than one. Just a thought. đ€

I believe that the White Walkers actually grew in power as the Targaryen bloodline and dragons were nearly extinct. When the WW started their chaos North of the wall it was before Dany had the Dragons. I believe that with them having the ability of foresight that they were trying to possibly prevent the birth of the dragons and future events happening. The WW seemed to be beaten back and held at bay North of the wall while the Targaryen bloodline and dragons were plentiful. I believe that part of what the 3ER had referred to Bran, âTo get back what youâve lostâ is talking more in lines of what all mankind has lost. The knowledge of their magical powers and how to use them to keep the WW from winning the War for the Dawn. I think that is why the Night King was trying to find the 3ER and tried to kill him before he could get all of the knowledge to Bran. (Fail) Dany during the first season and still is recognizing her strength and learning that there is something special about her blood and capabilities. The magic is beginning to grow again. With Dany surviving, Rhaegoâs birth and protection, the dragons birth and growth, Jon survival, Branâs awakening the magic is starting to grow again. Thatâs why I think the WW are really on the attack now. They know itâs a now or never chance of a lifetime. The enemy is weak and this is their chance to win. The warlocks were stronger after the birth of the dragons and were stronger yet in the presence of Dany. Just the same as Melisandre noticed she was stronger at the wall than she had been on Dragonstone. She was in the presence of Jon. There is magic in Kingâs blood (Targaryen blood). Although Mel was strong around Stannis because of his Kingâs blood, Jon is special and more powerful. What Iâm wondering and hoping for is that once Bran is around Jon and Dany… will his powers be stronger too? I think he definitely will be.
