Honestly your videos are awesome you always have the best theories. Personally I'm still behind the visions in the fires caused by burning the gods
You saw the meme where Jaime plays swing with Jon?
I don't think it'll be Dany who dies in childbirth. She said she wants to "break the wheel". Breaking that wheel is that finally a mother survives giving birth unlike Lyanna, Rhaella and Johanna did with Jon, Dany and Tyrion. Rather, I believe Jon won't survive. He's been there and as he told Melisandre, there was nothing. He's not afraid to go there again. I feel it'll be Jon who will die but Dany will live on with Jon's son. His son will need a protector. That's where Jaime comes in and either marries Dany, that would just piss Cersei off to no end (though she'll be gone by that time too), or he will pledge himself to Jon and Dany's child in order to keep him safe. But I believe Dany will survive withJon's son.
Oh I love this!!
What was Jamie doing while Rhaegars children died?? They were all in KL. Did books ever say??
Great video.
King Jaime…you know, that never once crossed my mind. I'm open to the idea since it's intriguing. Kingslayer becomes king. He did sit on the throne.
Hey Kev, while I think this sort of ending is too subtle for the troglodytes who run the show (D&D), it's possible George could spin this narrative with enough finesse to fully complete Jaime's character arc in a satisfying and meaningful manner. I really hope he manages, because I love the character and his journey. Nice vid as always <3
If your theory is true, do you think that there will be a Sansa-Jaime marriage? As Jon's (more or less) sister (actually cousin), Sansa would be a candidate as a mother figure of the Jon-Dany child.
Ooh I like it! This is the best idea for Jamie or the baby I have heard yet! I hope it happens now.
'The Mountain was a pretty mean dude'
Yea you could say that lol
Look DAENERYS WILL NOT DIE IN CHILDBIRTH, i know about Rhaella´s issues and all, but Daenerys( like Bran, Sansa and Tyrion not sure about Arya and jon), is in a place that i like to call "to close to death to actually die" her name Stormborn is due to this, she was born in misery, she lived in misery, and then there is the whole thing "i ´m the last of my kind" cause let´s face it jon is not that Targaryen, not even talking about the whole murder guys in each single book, Besides she is a "mother" in general to her dragons that only she could birth, then to thousands of her people and again she survived to a stillbirth in a age of fourteen while in contact with poweful black magic, so if she is going to die(through i think she won´t) it won´t be of childbirth.
Real recognize real
The thing I always appreciated about Jaime is his honesty. In season 1, when Jaime was taunting Jon about joining the Night's Watch, and prodding Ned into fighting him in the presumably upcoming Hand's Tournament, he was honest with both of them about his intentions and thoughts. Later when Catelyn asked him why he pushed Bran out of the window, he told her the truth. When he told Brienne about how he killed the Mad King, he told the truth even though he didn't really want people to know that he was the hero of the story. In season 7, he even told Cercei the truth about him leaving her to go North, when she could have had him killed for it. He grew up rich and beautiful, so he could have gotten away with being a much worse person than he was – even before he lost his hand. I also have to give him credit for protecting his children at the cost of his own happiness. As for that rape scene in the Sept of Baelor… Cercei never appeared in the least upset about it afterward, so maybe he knew she was freaky like that and wanted it that way. The only time I had a problem with him was when he killed Ned's personal guard in KL… and I think Arya will remember that as well, when they're finally reunited.
He really is the epitome of what Sansa believes is a true knight: handsome, valorous, moral. He's only loved one woman, never rapes. He can fight like a demon to protect those he loves and is willing to risk all to save them, and he saved the people of Flea Bottom as well as the Red Keep by killing the Mad King as a teenager. Granted, he did try to kill Bran, and I don't think anything he's done negates that, but if D&D get this as right as they have been, he'll save BOTH Bran and Jon. He's got a big redemption arc to traverse with incest and attempted murder of a child, following (albeit reluctantly) the bloodthirsty path of his father and sister (ah, family!) and all his other misdeeds (are there any?). I think he's paid a lot in this, so yeah, I want to see him at the end bringing it on, his golden hand holding the remnant of ICE (widow's wail)that can kill the NK. Wouldn't that be cool? Maybe that's why there always has to be a Stark in Winterfell. Someone has to be there to wield ICE as the counterpart to FIRE to defeat the NK. Brienne will have to be there, with the other half, to finish the job. They die together, in each other's arms, or maybe just Jamie.
Knocking on the door of 50,000 freakin amazing.
Hopefully Jaime gets chance to live his own life. I feel he may have to kill Brienne unfortunately.
Eeeppppp Kev!!!!!! You just opened a whole other can of excitement!!! That would be a most wonderful ending ♥
ok, ok, his last season will be the full arc, but not as King. If D&D got one thing right, it was in the casting for this role, and how it was written. Perfect and perfect. I'm one of the late ones, but I really like this character now. He's not my favorite, but damn close. Great video and thank you for being so positive and upbeat. Everyone is always going on about 'bittersweet ending' and I feel, no matter how this character's end comes about, it will be well earned and triumphant.
I hope and believe that Jamie will be the true hero of the series. We have seen him go from a smug frat boy to a very decent and caring person. I think this act will claim his life and I believe it will be to protect the last of the Targaryen's, which will absolve him of his crimes.
Yes!
AAHHH a new video <3 thanks alot
Hopped on the good foot and did the bad thing =D I needed that smile
Great video man, old dad Jaime seems awesome. Love to see a spin off in thirty years we've old Nikolaj Coster Waldau portraits an old Jaime.
Also something else, as usual. What do you think will happen to Tyrion. All of the other Lannister adults lost the thing that defined them, and either perished or triumphed because of that. Tywin lost his legacy and died. Cersei lost her children and went mad (although she became queen). Jaime lost his hand, and realized his true worth and left Cersei (in the end). How about Tyrion? What defines him? His intelligence, or his ability to speak. I think both, and that's why he'll either lose his tongue, or he'll die by beheading.
What do you think about this, to me it seems like something GRR Martin would do.
Anyway, have a nice day
It'd be great for Jaime to be an "Arthur Dayne" like figure to Jon's child, and teach him the ways of the sword as well as being a father.
I think it’s too far-fetched for Jamie now to be father to Mad king Great grand son Jamie will die has a knight to jon and daenerys Army always be remembered in the book of knights
Daenerys dying childbirth it’s plausible in the book but I don’t think it’s going to happen in the tv show as daenerys is a dreamer Her dream of spring will come with all the other broken and bastards people of Westeros
wow, greay video! hope it happens somewhat like that!
Jaime redeeming himself saving a Stark is a given. I always thought it would come full circle by him saving Bran. The Kingslayer's story started for us when he pushed him out the window. But..as you pointed out, his story truly started with his service to the Mad King. He took his job seriously, and much like Sansa, believed in all the tales of the noble nights, and the gallantry of service. Looking back, if he were to finish his tale in service to a Targaryen heir…yep. That would be epic. Great video!
Exactly, I’ve always felt Jaime would do this. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
So what do you think’s gonna happen to Cersei’s baby? If she is pregnant, which she’s either really good at pretending (enough to convince Tyrion) if she’s not. I doubt the people will tolerate her kid, especially since it’s basically common knowledge the baby is 1. A bastard and 2. Jamie’s.
