Not sure if anyone has mentioned this to you before or not but for the zippers that are sticking in certain spots you can try using bees wax (get at craft store in the bead jewelry section) and rub it on the zipper and slide the zipper over it several times to work it in and it should zip smother. Hope that helps

For rough or slightly stick or rusty zippers rub either some bar soap or candle wax onto the zipper teeth and it usually makes it work much better
