  1. Am I the only one who re-winded to the reaction of Roose stabbing Robb and marvelled; I could literally hear Robb's heart being pierced.

"Can I have this dance?". lol. Just lol.

  2. threw my book across my deck sobbed picked it up – reread it to be sure i had actually understood it – threw it across my deck again…. picked it back up the next day. never stopped til i finished all the books out, then reread them for an even deeper understanding of what a masterpiece this epic is. this episode was pure Greek Tragedy. i understand the entire crew was in tears

  3. Welcome to Game of Thrones. You are no longer a child of summer..:) As you can see from the comments below, we were all waiting for this particular reaction video. We have all been there ourselves. Great channel.

  4. A lesson to anyone in Westeros: If you give your word to petty old bastards, don't break it. And especially don't break it because you found a hot chick you like better.

  5. Mark Wayne has entered the game of thrones. “The Lannisters send their regards” was said before if you remember, Jaime said it to Roose Bolton before he got out of Harrenhal. Roose is basically a vicious troll.

  6. George R.R. Martin knows his history. He said:

“The Red Wedding is based on a couple real events from Scottish history. One was a case called The Black Dinner. The king of Scotland was fighting the Black Douglas clan. He reached out to make peace. He offered the young Earl of Douglas safe passage. He came to Edinburgh Castle and had a great feast. Then at the end of the feast, [the king’s men] started pounding on a single drum. They brought out a covered plate and put it in front of the Earl and revealed it was the head of a black boar — the symbol of death. And as soon as he saw it, he knew what it meant. They dragged them out and put them to death in the courtyard. The larger instance was the Glencoe Massacre. Clan MacDonald stayed with the Campbell clan overnight and the laws of hospitality supposedly applied. But the Campbells arose and started butchering every MacDonald they could get their hands on. No matter how much I make up, there’s stuff in history that’s just as bad, or worse.”

  7. Great and honest and devastating reaction, Mark. You mention at the end that at least with Ned's death you could see it coming – well, for this there are, in fact, clues if you go back and watch previous episodes. I didn't pick up on them, mind you, but they ARE there (unfortunately, I was sort of spoiled and knew something bad was coming).

  8. 😂 the episode everyone always waits for – doesn't even effect me anymore because I've seen so many times.. I just laugh at all the thumbnails 😂 but it did depressed me originally 😢
