As Bella mentioned, Dany is repeating the taunt the witch in season 1 said to her when she asked her when Drogo would be back to normal from his vegetative state. It follows a theme of Dany learning from her enemies, here she has learnt from the witch the reality that her dreams of life with drogo will never be and that this is a trap. Later in the episode when she locks Xaros in the vault she also thanks him for his lesson to her about empty lies as he has also taught her a lesson.
