i would have placed Loras Tyrell in it. i mean if you think about it he has had a horrible death. he was a prisoner for over a year, daily tortured and dehydrated. then he is finally set free, but not before humiliating himself in front of hundreds of people, forcing to insult Renly's legacy and have something carved in his head, only to get blown up to asses. the only comfort he had was that Margaery was by his side when it happens and supported him.
