They won't fight the golden company. They keep saying they've never broken a contract, which means they will break the contract. Either cersei will die first and they won't have a reason to fight for her, or they will switch sides because they find out about the walkers

personally I think theon is gonna meat euron on his way to kingslanding and finds out about what euron is doing. so he kills euron, and takes the iron company to resque his sister, and possibly take over kings landing. this could also tie in nicely with what you described with ayra and the hound. as where the golden company could be a distraction to where ayra and the hound can do wat they want to do.
Don't forget Mellisandre promised are that they will meet again after she stole Gendry and Mellosandre is on Arya's list so Mellisandre probably will be killed by Arya
