Yeah, there's another theory about Angelica, the oldest in the series to do with the on going show after Rugrats titled 'all grown up.' The theory involves the progression of drug addiction with Angelica, after the Devilles get an abortion in 1990 and she could never figure out if it was a girl or a boy and therefore imagined up the twins.

She becomes hooked on narcotics which only aggrivated her schizophrenia, and sends her back to her childhood and the things that she had obsessed over, because of an existing time lapse which enabled her to travel through time and connect with her creations, the rugrats, making them older.
And her mother had actually died from a heroine overdose in 1982 due to living in a judgemental world, just after Angelica was born, and therefore triggering her progressive deteriorating mental state and drug addiction to cope with the grief, constantly taking hits of acid and using her creations because they were to her the only company she had. And her father drew was overcome with depression and married golddigging – excuse the language if found offensive – whore to cope with her death which Angelica wound up idolizing her because she managed to manipulate herself into thinking it was her real mother, but always had a concept of her mother in the doll, Cynthia, took a barbie doll and took it after her mother's image, wearing an unwashed orange dress and unkempt hair, which is why she was so attached to it. Later on in life Angelica followed in her mother's footsteps with the drugs and everything, and died from an overdose at the age of 13 which is why All grown up was cancelled.
