Chris Chalk's Lucius Fox reminds me of Brock Peter's Lucius Fox from Batman the Animated Series which I watched during the 90's and the more of him in season 4 the better. Fox knows about Bruce's night activities and respects him for what he is doing and wants to make sure that he can help him out in any way possible.
I think the more they pay homage to Batman Begins and Year One storyline the better and I hope season 4 they will be consistent with that. One thing that's interesting is Carmine Falcone's daughter being introduced in the next episode. She definitely wants to help Jim Gordon by making Gotham safe again but I have a feeling she could be secretly helping her father.
Why I say that because she could be helping her father, maybe he could be toying with her emotions by telling her about her brother's death at the hands of Jim Gordon. I feel Falcon could be the Puppet Master.
